The shares of GRIFOLS, S.A. are represented by book entries, and Sociedad de Gestión de los Sistemas de Registro, Compensación y Liquidación de Valores S.A (IBERCLEAR) and its participated companies are in charge of the accounting entries.

The Company does not have a registry of shareholders since the shares are book entries. Therefore, the Company does not know its exact shareholding structure apart from the position of the shareholding through file X-25, that the Company may request from IBERCLEAR only for a General Shareholders’ Meeting; from communications made by the shareholders upon the publication of the Annual Report; and from the information available in the official Web of the “Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV)”, in the section of "Significant events" and/or the section concerning "Major holdings and own shares" (*).

(*) This registration complies with the contents of “Royal Decree 377/1991, of 15 March, on the notification of significant holdings in listed companies and the purchase by said companies of own stock.
